Tube Type Micro-Porous Aerator
Product Introduction
Tubular aerator rubber membrane tube is made of silicone and EPDM rubber(EPDM) features excellent heat resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and good chemical stability, which can significantly extend the service life when compared to general rubber membranes. The aeration holes are in a linear elongated shape, providing good tensile and instant closure properties. During aeration, it releases micro-bubbles with a diameter less than 3mm, achieving a high oxygen utilization rate of 25~35%. The aeration body is designed in a hollow, water-filled form, significantly reducing the buoyancy of the aeration device in water. The use of air distribution channels ensures rapid and even distribution of air within the aeration device, leading to uniform stress on the aeration film tubes, extending their lifespan and the uniformity of bubble release, thereby enhancing the aeration effect; the air distribution channels are narrow grooves, and the rubber membrane tube areas on them do not have aeration holes. When the supply of air is stopped, the rubber membrane adheres to the air distribution channel, preventing the occurrence of backflow of wastewater.

Key Features
1. The rubber diaphragm is made of三元乙丙橡胶, featuring high heat resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and excellent chemical stability. Compared to conventional rubber diaphragms, it significantly extends the service life.
2. The aeration holes are in a linear elongated shape, providing good extensibility and instantaneous closure. During aeration, they release micro-bubbles with a diameter less than 3mm, achieving a higher oxygen utilization rate of 35% to 42%.
3. High oxygen utilization and power efficiency, large service area, low energy consumption. If the need to increase or decrease the gas volume during aeration, the aeration device can also be adjusted accordingly without affecting normal operation.
4. The air pipeline is made of engineering plastic ABS material, adopting a hollow and water-filled design, significantly reducing the buoyancy of the aeration system in water.
Features and Advantages
Micro-porous tube aeration diffusers offer excellent chemical stability, are free of plasticizers, maintain long-lasting elasticity, and are resistant to acids and alkalis, non-caking, non-friable, and non-ageing. The product features small bubble diameters, which can both maintain high oxygen transfer rates and achieve mixing and stirring effects. They are designed with an automatic-sealing pore structure, ensuring no clogging of the micro-pores. Easy to install and dismantle, and they help reduce energy consumption.
