Hanging Chain Aerator
Product Introduction
The suspended chain aeration system consists of three parts: the aerator, the suspended chain, and the water surface air supply tube. The aeration film tube is made of三元乙丙 or silicone rubber material, the suspended chain connecting tube is a high-strength polyethylene pipe, and the floating tube on the water surface is an anti-ultraviolet rigid-wall flexible plastic tube.
Key Features
1. Long-lasting diaphragm life.
2. High collision resistance, not easily damaged.
3. Equipped with a non-return valve, it completely resolves the issue of backflow.
4. The floating pipe is made of UV-resistant material with overall welding, which completely solves the issue of air leakage.
5. The entire aerator is made of corrosion-resistant materials, offering a longer service life.
Technical Specifications

【Applicable Range】
The suspended chain aeration device is a new energy-saving aeration equipment for biochemical treatment projects of industrial wastewater in petrochemical, textile, oil refining, coking, papermaking, dyeing, slaughtering, brewing, leather making, and other industries, as well as urban domestic wastewater.
2. In cases where the efficiency of existing aeration systems is low or clogging occurs frequently, a suspended chain aeration system can be used for retrofitting to enhance aeration capacity and mixing effects.
3. Pre-aeration for wastewater equalization ponds to prevent large particle sedimentation and to remove some organic matter.
Installation and Commissioning
1. Suspended chain aeration devices are generally evenly arranged at the bottom of the water treatment pool, with the aeration devices 100-200mm from the pool bottom and the longitudinal distanceGenerally300—500mm。
2. Install gas delivery hoses and clamps, floating gas pipes and caps, suspended joint and clamp, suspended pipeline and clamp, and aeration devices.
【Installation Method】
At the bottom of the pool, sequentially number and arrange the gas transmission float pipes and caps. Weld them into a single pipe using a plastic welder. Ensure the suspended joints are aligned in a single parallel line and cut the chains to the design size. Connect one end of the chain to the aeration device and the other end to the float pipe with a clamp. Connect the gas transmission hose to the float pipe, tighten the clamp, attach the wire rope to the float pipe, tighten the gas transmission hose mouth to prevent leakage, and tie the wire rope with a soft rope to the embedded fixture at the pool edge. Begin filling the pool; once full, first turn on the fan to blow out the pipeline. Connect the gas transmission hose to the manifold. Adjust the length of the wire rope, start the blower, adjust the intake valve to ensure even aeration for each chain, and check for any leaks at all connection points.
