【Product Introduction】
A reaction flocculation sphere is a hollow sphere used to disturb water flow during the flocculation process to form micro-vortices, thereby enhancing the flocculation effect. It is composed of two identical hemispherical shells that interlock through their claw-shaped edges and reinforcing ribs. The hemispherical shells are formed by connecting longitudinal and transverse ribs, which encircle to create continuous holes to provide a water flow passage. Due to the water flow being cut and disturbed twice in quick succession when passing through this novel design, the required water flow speed to generate a large number of micro-vortices can be reduced compared to a flat grid turbulence device. This allows for a shorter water flow distance, a smaller effective volume of the flocculation pond or flocculator, and achieves excellent flocculation results. It is convenient to use and overcomes the drawback of a flat grid requiring a fixed device or measures, which increases the structural complexity of the flocculation pond or flocculator. 【Working Principle】
