Product Description:
The KCF type stainless steel gear oil pump is mainly used for transporting lubricating oil in the lubrication systems of various mechanical equipment, capable of handling non-lubricating oils, beverages, and low-corrosive liquids. With copper gears, it can transport low flash point liquids such as gasoline. This series of stainless steel pumps, in addition to being equipped with standard motors, can also be configured with explosion-proof motors of the same specification according to customer requirements.
KCF Type stainless steel gear pump application range:
Available for transmission and pressure boosting in oil transportation systems.
Fuel pumps, used in the fuel system for conveying, pressurizing, and injection.
In all industrial fields, it can be used as a lubricating pump.
Features of KCF Type Stainless Steel Gear Pump Structure:
The KCF type stainless steel gear oil pump is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, and shaft end seals. The gears, after heat treatment, possess high hardness and strength and are mounted with the shafts inside replaceable shaft sleeves for operation. All parts within the pump are lubricated automatically during operation by utilizing the output medium.
The KCF type stainless steel gear oil pump features well-designed oil discharge and return channels, resulting in less torque force on the gears during operation. This minimizes bearing load and wear, and enhances pump efficiency.
The KCF type stainless steel gear oil pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. The full回流 pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure, and it can also be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, note that this safety valve should not be used as a reducing valve for long-term operation. An additional installation on the pipeline is required if needed.
Looking from the main shaft extension towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
High-volume gear oil pumps, gear pumps, discharge pumps, oil transfer pumps, marine gear pumps, etc.
The KCF type stainless steel gear pump is primarily used for large-volume oil transportation and unloading in oil fields, oil depots, ports, docks, and ships.
The working principle of the KCF type stainless steel gear oil pump:
The gear oil pump is a critical component that, through the rolling engagement of a pair of involute gears with identical parameters and structure, raises the low-pressure oil in the oil tank to a high-pressure state capable of performing work. The gear oil pump is a power unit that converts the mechanical energy of the engine into hydraulic energy.
The control hydraulic signal related to displacement change of the gear oil pump includes the front pump oil flow, the rear pump oil flow, the pilot oil, and the negative flow. The oil flow of the front and rear pumps directly controls the pump, while the pilot oil, after throttling through an electric proportional valve, controls the pump, which we can call the pilot secondary pressure.
