Product Overview:
1. The WFA series submersible sewage pumps feature a unique single and double-channel impeller structure, enhancing the pump's ability to pass solids. They can handle fibers up to 5 times the pump's inlet diameter and solid particles with a diameter of approximately 50% of the pump's outlet diameter.
2. The mechanical seal employs a double-end face seal in a double-layer design, utilizing a new type of hard-wearing material. Operating continuously within the oil chamber, it ensures the pump's safe and uninterrupted operation for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure with light weight, wear-resistant, energy-saving, attractive appearance, easy maintenance, no need for a pump house. Submersible in water for operation, reducing the construction cost.
4. The electric pump is equipped with an overheat and current protector to prevent motor overload and overheating. Pumps with power above 7.5kw are fitted with a high-precision, anti-interference seal leakage monitoring device (as per customer requirements).
5. Available with full-automatic safety protection control cabinets, catering to customer needs, to monitor pump leaks, electrical leakage, overload, and over-temperature, ensuring the safety and reliability of pump operation.

1. Power range: 0.75-15kW, flow rate: 5m³/h-300m³/h, head: 5-40m, voltage: 110V-660V, frequency: 50-60Hz, outlet diameter: 40-200mm (1 1/2"-8").
2. Suitable for buildings, residential complexes, municipal projects, road traffic and construction, factory effluents, aquaculture, beverages, seawater brine, solid particles in corrosive media, long fiber wastewater, and sewage.
Terms of Use:
1. Medium temperature not exceeding 60°C, medium density less than 1.2 kg/dm³, particle content ratio of the medium being pumped greater than 60%, and pH value of the medium being 4-10.
2. The motor part must not extend above the liquid surface by more than 1/e of the motor.

Structural Description:
1. Pump Housing & Impeller: Carefully selected and matched based on actual testing, the pump housing and impeller offer excellent anti-clogging performance, high efficiency, a flat power curve for easy overload prevention, and minimal imbalance vibration for smooth rotation.
2. Motor: Specialized submersible motor with F-grade insulation IPX8 protection, allowing temperature rise to F-grade 105℃ plus ambient temperature of 35℃. Under normal temperature rise conditions, the motor insulation lifespan is extended, and the submersible cooling effect is excellent, resulting in lower actual temperature rise and even longer motor insulation lifespan.
3. Shaft Seals: The motor shaft seals utilize double-face mechanical seals, creating two reliable sealing barriers. They effectively prevent water from entering the oil chamber, ensuring a fault-free operation for over 8,000 hours under normal usage conditions.
4. Cables and Seals: The cables feature a waterproof and reinforced PVC sheath with NBR rubber jacket, designed for long-term reliable operation at 40°C ambient temperature and under full electrical load power; the motor's lifespan is extended when operated at non-full load power or below 40°C ambient temperature. The cable wire, rubber jacket, and motor cover are connected using a clamp to prevent the medium from seeping into the motor interior through the cable and motor cover interface. It is prohibited to pull the cable (or use it as a lifting rope) during handling.
5. Motor Housing: The motor housing is composed of components such as the casing, pump cover, and pressure cover, with reliable seals at all connection points. Each unit undergoes rigorous pressure testing to ensure there are no leaks.
