A cantilever racking is a type of storage rack suitable for storing various long-shaped, circular, sheet, and irregular materials, commonly used in the mechanical manufacturing industry and building material supermarkets. With the addition of shelves, it is particularly ideal for small and low-ceiling storage rooms, offering easy management, a wide view, and higher utilization than standard racks. The cantilever can be single-sided or double-sided, characterized by its light structure and good load-bearing capacity, with a single arm able to hold up to 500kg. The specially reinforced column structure can withstand pressures of 1000 to 3000kg. The design includes back tensioning for overall stability, with simple installation and a complete set of accessories. The modular structure, enhanced by back tensioning for stability, features high-strength cantilevers (available in single or double-sided designs), offering a light structure, good load-bearing capacity, and high space utilization. With shelves added, it is especially suitable for small, low-ceiling storage rooms, with easy management and a broad view, achieving higher utilization than conventional shelf racks. According to load-bearing capacity, they can be categorized into lightweight, medium-duty, and heavy-duty types.
Arm shelf columns are commonly made of H-beams or cold-rolled steel sections. The arms are typically made of square tubes, cold-rolled steel sections, or H-beams. The connection between the arm and the column is via an insertion or bolted joint, while the base is connected to the column using a bolted joint. The base is made of cold-rolled steel or H-beams.
