The narrow aisle racking features significantly narrower aisles compared to standard beam racking, approximately 1600mm-2000mm wide, greatly enhancing the space utilization of the warehouse; This type of rack requires a three-way forklift, and due to the narrow aisles, it demands a skilled operator.
After narrow aisle racking is installed, there's a guide rail approximately 200MM high for forklift guidance, reducing the risk caused by human error to the shelves and placing less stringent requirements on the forklift operator compared to drive-in racking.
If the storage or logistics center exhibits the following characteristics, consider opting for narrow aisle racking systems:
Large inventory storage with frequent goods in and out, requiring high-level selection of products.
2. Urgently need to increase storage space or have a certain level of storage capacity in the warehouse and logistics center.
3. Logistics efficiency is required to be at a high level.
4. The warehouse has a high usable net height, exceeding 8M.
5. Forklifts can be optionally selected as independent warehouse forklifts; there is no plan to use them for outdoor tasks.
