Heavy-duty overhead racking is generally made of cold-rolled special-shaped steel, with columns formed from 80(90)x60(70)Ω steel with diamond-shaped holes punched on the surface, and beams made from 80x50-100x50-120x50-140x50-16050 weld beam-connected brackets, commonly replaced by pallets for forklift convenience. Designed to carry 1 to 5 tons, the surface is electrostatically powder-coated for enhanced waterproof, rustproof, and corrosion resistance. High safety factor, plug-in assembly, no need for screws or welding, easy to assemble, maximizing space utilization, and providing storage capacity.
