Washing Sand Flooring
Washing sand flooring materials are pre-mixed at the factory and consist of non-metallic mineral aggregates, metallic mineral aggregates, and special additives. Wear-resistant flooring boasts high surface hardness, high density, wear resistance, non-dustiness, non-delamination, cost-effectiveness, versatility, and wide application range. The integral wear-resistant flooring eschews the traditional method of separating the concrete subbase and surface layer construction, thereby eliminating the common quality issues of cracks and hollows caused by poor bonding between the subbase and surface layer. This simplifies the process, shortens the construction period, saves labor costs, and is increasingly widely used in projects such as factories, warehouses, runways, docks, and more.
The material hardener for the sand washing flooring consists of two components: aggregate and binder. The aggregate is sandy in texture, with an average particle size.2mm, accounting for approximately the total60%The binder is a high-grade cement that has been processed, offering a variety of colors including red, yellow, green, gray, and blue, in addition to the natural cement color. The hardening agent aggregates consist of natural ores. They are non-corrosive, non-metallic aggregates with a Mohs hardness.8Over 100 degrees. In addition to natural ore aggregates, other materials such as cement and colorants do not exceed the total weight.25%The amount of sand washing flooring required is determined based on the design specifications of the material.
Primary Composition Materials
This product is composed of concrete, sand washing reinforcing agent, concrete additives, inorganic pigment dyeing dispersant, cleaning passivator, and surface protective agent.
The sand washing reinforcement agent is processed from high-grade cement, inorganic pigments, selected natural colored artificial sand, quartz sand, and additives in a specific ratio.
The cleaning passivator has a retardant effect, applied to the concrete surface to retard the setting. Once the surface is cleaned, it reveals a natural stone finish.
The protector consists of resin, thinner, dispersant, and defoamer.
