There are many forms of neon sign production, and the common types of neon sign production can generally be categorized into the following 15 process nodes.

Step 9: After the LED letters are assembled, they need to be left undisturbed for a night to dry completely before moving. Next, begin constructing the letter shell base plate. Large letters are焊接 with zinc plates, and small letters with white PVC. Here, we'll use zinc plates coated with white reflective paint as an example. The process of welding the letter shell base plate is the same as that for welding the letter shell front panel, and the painting process is identical as well. The white paint is applied to enhance the internal wall's luster. For the base, use zinc or stainless steel for large letters, and aluminum for the base. Regardless of the material, as long as it's metal, it's generally better because it has good heat dissipation and cold resistance, especially with outdoor letters, which have stronger weather resistance.

10. Step 10: After the LED letter base is made, the next step is to install the lights, also known as lamp assembly; we usually install LED modules, but for indoor letters, LED strips can also be used. Most outdoor LED letters require modules with a certain waterproof rating. The modules come with 3M adhesive, which is evenly applied to the base and then secured with white silicone sealant. Double-sided tape is generally used for temporary fixation, while structural glue or silicone sealant provides long-term sealing and fixation. It's definitely not an option to leave outdoor LED letters unsealed.
