3. Specific specification requirements

3.1 Prior to installation, the surface burrs of the step round nut must be thoroughly deburred.

3.2 The step round nut must be installed with the lock washer.

3.3 The chamfered surface of the step round nut must cover the locating part; it cannot be installed upside down.

3.4 Use钢丝cutters to bend the爪 inside the止退垫, ensuring smooth round transitions to avoid forming right angles. Additionally, the bend should be positioned slightly away from the base to prevent easy breakage.

3.5 Use a hammer and a dull chisel to bend the outer claw into the slot. Do not use a sharp chisel to bend, as it may break the outer claw or weaken its strength.

3.6 A hook spanner must be used for installing or removing the circular nuts on the steps; it is strictly prohibited to strike them with a chisel. In situations where a hook spanner is not convenient to use, a钝-nosed chisel may be used for installation, but the force must be controlled to avoid damaging the slots on the circular nuts.
