Introduction to Double-Ended Studs
Double-ended studs save time and costs. All double-ended studs eliminate the need for drilling, punching, threading, riveting, screwing, and finishing steps, continuously expanding the potential for structural design applications, with high current and shallow melting depth. Consequently, they can be welded onto very thin sheets. The workpieces for stud welding must be welded from one side. They can be welded in all positions, with limitations on the vertical spacer plates, thanks to extenders. Since they are short-term焊接 and minimally distorted after welding, no trimming is required. As the welded structure doesn't require drilling, leakage is avoided. The joints can achieve very high strength, meaning the joint strength of double-ended stud welding exceeds the strength of the stud itself.
