ZS-433-25 Twin Screw Extruder

This unit is suitable for blending experiments of engineering plastics, modified plastics, recycled plastics, and masterbatches. It features homogenization, plasticization coloring, and filling modification functions.

Screw shaft

Ø Diameter: Φ21.75mm with a modular design; thread components and core shaft are connected with a spline joint, easy for assembly and disassembly.

Threaded component material: Imported alloy steel W6M05Cr4V2, vacuum heat treated overall hardness, HRC 58-62 degrees

Length-to-diameter ratio: 40:1

Hourly output: 5~10kg (screw size can be customized according to customer's production capacity requirements)

Barrel

Length = 120MM/section, total 7 sections

Base material is 45# forged piece, sleeve material is A101, with an overall hardness of HRC 60-64 degrees.

Cooling water channels are internally set in the material cylinder.

Ø Vacuum Pump: Can install vacuum pump or screw-tighten. Vacuum port with threaded design, allowing for free replacement of the vacuum pump or lock screw.

Screw speed: 0~300 rpm variable frequency speed control
