Heater Roll Welding Machine Operation Instructions

1、 Working Voltage: Three-phaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。

2、 Work Environment:Freezing point: 0-45°C; No condensation at humidity ≤ 85%.

3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; clean the water circulation filter daily; clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; change the water every 20 days; use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze fluid in winter; replace the transmission gear oil monthly; dust collection and cleaning daily.

4、 Work Method: After selecting the processing specification, the welding machine automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops upon closing the foot pedal switch. The work is stopped by closing the foot pedal switch, and all actions are disconnected.

5、 Protective sparks spray gear must be worn at work to prevent personal injury.

6、 The welding machine generates high temperatures, and the conductive copper wheels will wear with use. If the copper wheels deform, weld slag accumulates, or require correction, they should be replaced or corrected promptly.

7、 Cooling Machine Operating Voltage: Three-phase, four-wireAC380V + 10% ，50Hz + 1%。

8、 Chiller operates normally during operationCheck and recharge with Freon every 3 months.

9、 Extended downtime, please drain the water from the water-cooled machine to ensure the chiller is dry.

10、 High Pressure Gauge Less Than2.6mpa。

11、 Low rolling gauge0.2mpa。

12、 In case of other emergencies, please shut off the power and contact the person in charge.
