I. Features and Applications
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB9359-88 "General Technical Conditions for Hydrological Instruments" and the national Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power standard SD221-87 "Water Level Measurement Instruments". The instrument boasts excellent measurement accuracy and operational stability, making it particularly suitable for use in hydrological stations, reservoir stations, sluice and dam stations, remote sensing stations, and hydropower stations.
This instrument is composed of a value-encoded water level sensor, float, suspension cable, balancing weight, and RS485 communication interface. It can be connected with electrical displays, gate opening instruments, and gate control systems to form a computerized integrated display and control system (such as lock gates, hydropower stations, pumped storage power stations, agricultural irrigation systems, and water supply and drainage systems). Water level meters equipped with RS485 communication interfaces can directly connect with communication devices and computers to form hydrological automatic measurement and reporting systems and hydrological satellite remote sensing systems. Instruments with storage and recording units are widely used in hydrological stations.
This instrument is suitable for narrow wells with an inner diameter ranging from 25 cm to 30 cm, as well as general well logging applications.
