Magnetic伸缩式流量堰计 Product Overview The LYC-1 type magnetic extensometer weir flow meter is suitable for long-term measurement of water levels in river channels, lakes, reservoirs, and dams, serving as an effective monitoring device for water level and flow rate changes. The weir flow meter utilizes a magnetostrictive level sensor for measurement, offering advantages such as high resolution, good stability, reliable performance, fast response speed, and long working life. Magnetic伸缩式Main functions of the flow meter weir include linear measurement, absolute position output, non-contact continuous measurement, never wears out, sensors do not require calibration or regular maintenance, and multiple output signal options.(RS485, voltage, current), easy and convenient installation. 2. Technical Specifications Specification Model: LYC-1 Type; Measurement Range: 0mm ~ 1500mm (Range Optional); Sensitivity: ≤0.1mm; Measurement Accuracy: ±0.1% F.S; Signal Output: RS485/4mA ~ 20mA; Message Mode: Self-report/Call for Measurement; Debugging Method: Address Code and Baud Rate Self-set; Insulation Resistance: ≥50Ω; Storage Temperature: -30℃ ~ +70℃3. ProductStructure The magnetic伸缩式量水堰计 consists of a anti-fouling pipe, top cover, sensor, level vane, observation cable, etc. 4. Working Principle TheThe sensor is mainly composed of a measuring rod, an electronic chamber, and a non-contact magnetic levitation ball mounted on the measuring rod. The measuring rod is equipped with a magnetostrictive wire.(Guide Wire), the measuring rod is made of non-magnetic stainless steel tube. During measurement, the electronic chamber emits a starting pulse, which transmits through the guide wire, generating a rotating magnetic field along the direction of the guide wire. When this magnetic field encounters the permanent magnetic field in the float, a magnetostrictive effect is produced, causing the guide wire to twist. This twist is sensed by the electronic pickup mechanism and converted into a corresponding current pulse. The measuring circuit calculates the time difference between the two pulses, thereby accurately measuring the liquid level value. |
