This instrument is a bucket rain gauge calibrator, suitable for calibrating rain gauges in laboratories and on-site.

This instrument belongs to a constant-pressure quantitative water injection multi-rainfall intensity simulator (Patent No. ), and its technical performance conforms toJJG (Hydraulic) 005-2017 "Departmental Metrological Verification Regulations of the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China" - Laboratory Verification Method and On-site Verification Requirements and Regulations.

This instrument can accurately simulate large, medium, and small rain intensities to inject water into the inspected equipment, thereby testing its accuracy and repeatability. It is suitable for factory inspection and on-site testing of bucket rain gauges, featuring stable performance, ease of portability, low power consumption, and simple operation methods.

2. Structure and Principle

This instrument is produced byA set of 3 10mm rain gauges with stands, plus a handheld instrument and a graduated rubber bulb pipette.

When in use, remove the stainless steel outer casing of the rain gauge, place this instrument above the rain gauge's water inlet funnel, and connect the instrument's signal output to the handheld device.

This institution requires a set of calibrated rain gauges, quantity:3 units, simulating heavy rain, moderate rain, and light rain, respectively.

4) Maintenance Matters

A. Promptly clean the funnel when the rainfall bottle's spout gets blocked.

After using the rain gauge, seal the opening with a rubber stopper to prevent dust and particles from entering the bottle and blocking the spout.
