JF-1 Rainfall Field Calibration InstrumentProduct Overview Our company designs and manufactures this tool for on-site monitoring and calibration of rain gauges, featuring two modes: a counter mode and a calibration mode. In the timer mode, it can count up to9999999, The instrument can calculate the number of rain gauges, rainfall duration, rainfall intensity, and rainfall error in the calibration mode. It employs a two-stage flow control gauge to ensure stable rainfall intensity, offering simulated rainfall intensities of 4mm/min and 2mm/min. Powered by a lithium battery, a single charge provides over 8 hours of continuous use. It features an OLED LCD display, allowing clear readability even in bright outdoor sunlight. The compact size makes it easy to carry, suitable for on-site calibration and testing of tipping bucket rain gauges at new stations for automatic weather stations and hydrological stations with a rain collector diameter of 200mm, as well as for routine maintenance, regular inspections, and reactivation. 2 Main Technical Parameters 2.1 Rain Intensity Control Index: Heavy RainforceDrop time: After a single 10mm water injection into the two-stage flow stabilizer, the total dripping time to empty is 2'30" ± 10".
