An intelligent double-flange pipeline online density meter is a continuous on-line instrument for measuring liquid density, primarily used in industrial process automation control. It generates a corresponding 4-20mA analog signal based on the density change of the medium, and can also output digital signals for remote calibration and monitoring after conversion. Depending on the different industrial processes, density can be expressed as: Brix, GL, Baume, Plato, and percentage concentration.
