2. Main Application:

5. Brief Introduction:
1) Our factory's sprouter produces sprouts with a shorter cycle and better quality compared to traditional hand production. Generally, the cycle for hand production is 4-5 days in summer and 7-9 days in winter, whereas our sprouter can harvest sprouts in just 3-3.5 days without being affected by weather conditions or seasons. Our sprouter ensures uniform growth of sprouts in a controlled, constant-temperature environment, overcoming the issue of hand-produced sprouts having large leaves and long roots at the top, with short or no roots around and at the bottom, and only good in the center.
2) Reduce sprout rot. Sprout rot often occurs around three days after cultivation, as the long cycle of manual sprout production is prone to rot. However, with the use of sprout machines, sprouts are ready for harvest and consumption within about three days, eliminating the occurrence of rot.
3) Labor-saving and easy to operate. Simply place the soaked seeds into the sprouting machine's germination box, and let it take care of the rest. It will automatically heat and water, producing crisp and tender sprouts in just 3-3.5 days.
