3. Sprout Production Process:
Select sprout beans →→ Clean and sterilize the bean variety →→ Soak seeds (at suitable water temperature) →→ Load the machine (about 5 lbs of dry beans per box) →→ Start the sprouter and set reasonable parameters →→ Sterilize the sprouting room →→ Observe sprout growth after 1 day →→ Observe sprout growth after 2 days →→ Observe sprout condition after 3 days →→ Harvest sprouts after 4 days →→ Clean and package the sprouts for market.

1) Our fully automatic green, pollution-free sprout machine is a blend of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. The machine features microcomputer-controlled automatic temperature regulation, heating, constant temperature maintenance, automatic temperature display, and automatic watering, achieving full automation in the production process. It is characterized by time and labor saving, low consumption, and noiseless operation.
2) The sprouts produced by our company's sprouter have a shorter production cycle and better quality than traditional hand production. Generally, the cycle for hand-producing sprouts is 4-5 days in summer and 7-8 days in winter, whereas the sprouter can produce sprouts in just 3-4 days, unaffected by geographical environment, climate conditions, or seasons.
3) Our sprouting machine produces a wide variety of sprouts with high yields, where one pound of bean seeds can produce around 10 pounds of sprouts. 5) Minimize sprout spoilage. Sprout spoilage often occurs around three days after cultivation, as the longer production cycle of hand-cultivated sprouts increases the likelihood of spoilage. However, with the use of sprout machines, sprouts are ready for harvest and consumption within about three days, eliminating spoilage.。
