2. Main Application:

3. Sprout Production Process:

5. Sprouter Machine Product Features:
1) Our fully automatic green, non-polluting sprout machine combines modern technology with traditional methods. The machine features microcomputer control for automatic temperature regulation, heating, constant temperature maintenance, temperature display, and automatic watering, achieving a fully automated production process with time and labor savings, low consumption, and no noise.
2) The sprouts produced by our company's sprouting machine have a shorter production cycle and better quality compared to traditional hand production. Generally, the cycle for hand-producing sprouts is 4-5 days in summer and 7-8 days in winter, whereas the sprouting machine can produce sprouts in just 3-4 days, unaffected by geographical environment, climate conditions, or seasons.
3) Our sprouter produces a wide variety of sprouts with high yields, with one pound of bean seeds yielding around 10 pounds of sprouts. Under manually controlled constant temperature conditions, the sprouts grow uniformly and are white, tender, crisp, and juicy with a refreshing taste; they are not only safe for consumption and nutritious but also have certain therapeutic effects.
4) Labor-saving and easy to operate. Place the soaked bean seeds into the sprouter's germination box, and you're done. It will automatically heat and water, producing crisp and tender sprouts in just 3-4 days.
5) Minimize sprout spoilage. Sprout spoilage often occurs around three days after cultivation, as the manual production cycle for sprouts is lengthy and prone to spoilage. However, with the use of sprout machines, sprouts are ready for harvest and consumption within about three days, eliminating spoilage.
