The sprout machine features microcomputer control for automatic temperature regulation, heating, maintaining constant temperature, displaying temperature, and automatic watering, achieving full automation in the production process. 2) The sprouts produced by our company's sprouter have a shorter production cycle and higher quality than traditional hand production. Typically, the cycle for hand-producing sprouts is 4-5 days in summer and 7-8 days in winter, whereas our sprouter can produce sprouts in just 3-4 days, unaffected by geographical environment, climate conditions, or seasons.
3) Our sprouting machine produces a wide variety of sprouts with high yields, where one pound of bean seeds can produce around 10 pounds of sprouts. 5) Minimize sprout rot. Sprout rot often occurs around three days after cultivation, as the longer production cycle in manual sprout production is prone to rot.
