3. Sprout Production Process:
Select sprout beans →→ Clean and sterilize the bean seeds →→ Soak seeds (at suitable water temperature) →→ Pack (about 5 lbs of dried beans per box) →→ Start the sprouter, set reasonable parameters →→ Sterilize the germination room →→ Observe sprout growth after 1 day →→ Observe sprout growth after 2 days →→ Observe sprout condition after 3 days →→ Harvest sprouts after 4 days →→ Clean and package sprouts, ready for market.

1) Our fully automatic green and pollution-free sprout machine is a blend of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. The sprouter features microcomputer-controlled automatic temperature regulation, heating, maintaining constant temperature, automatic temperature display, and automatic watering, achieving full automation in the production process. It boasts time-saving, labor-saving, low consumption, and noiseless characteristics.
2) The sprouts produced by our company's sprouter have a shorter production cycle and better quality compared to traditional hand production. Generally, the cycle for hand-produced sprouts is 4-5 days in summer and 7-8 days in winter, whereas the sprouter can produce sprouts in just 3-4 days, without being affected by geographical environment, climate conditions, or seasons.
3) Our sprouting machine produces a wide variety of sprouts with high yields, where one pound of bean seeds can produce around 10 pounds of sprouts. Under controlled constant temperature environments, the sprouts grow uniformly and are white, fresh, crisp, juicy, with a refreshing taste; they are not only safe for consumption and nutritious but also offer certain health benefits.
4) Labor-saving and easy to operate. Place the soaked bean seeds into the sprouter's germination box, and there's no need to worry. It will automatically heat and water, producing crisp and tender sprouts in just 3-4 days.
5) Minimize sprout rot. Sprout rot often occurs around three days after cultivation, as the long cycle of manual sprout production makes it prone to rot. However, with the use of sprout machines, sprouts are mature and ready for harvest within three days, eliminating the occurrence of rot.
