5. Sprouting Machine Product Features:
1) Our fully automatic green, pollution-free sprout machine is a blend of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. The sprouter features microcomputer-controlled automatic temperature regulation, heating, constant temperature maintenance, automatic temperature display, and automatic watering, achieving the full automation of the production process. It boasts time-saving, labor-saving, low consumption, and noiseless operation.
2) The sprouts produced by our company's sprouting machine have a shorter production cycle and better quality than traditional hand production. Generally, the cycle for hand-producing sprouts is 4-5 days in summer and 7-8 days in winter, whereas the sprouting machine can produce sprouts in just 3-4 days, unaffected by geographical environment, climate, or season.
3) Our sprouter produces a variety of sprouts with high yields, with one pound of bean seeds producing about 10 pounds of sprouts. Under manually controlled constant temperature environment, the sprouts grow uniformly and are clean, white, tender, crisp, and juicy with a refreshing taste; not only are they safe to eat and rich in nutrition, but they also have certain therapeutic effects.
4) Labor-saving and easy to operate. Place the soaked bean seeds into the sprouter's germination box, and you're done. It will automatically heat and water, producing crisp and tender sprouts in just 3-4 days.
5) Minimize sprout rot. Sprout rot often occurs around three days after cultivation, as the long cycle of hand-produced sprouts increases the likelihood of rot. However, with sprout machines, sprouts are ready for harvest and consumption within about three days, eliminating the issue of rot.
