3. Sprout Production Process:
Select sprout beans →→ Clean and sterilize the bean seeds →→ Soak seeds (at suitable water temperature) →→ Load into boxes (about 5 lbs of dried beans per box) →→ Start the sprouter, set reasonable parameters →→ Sterilize the germination room →→ Observe sprout growth after 1 day →→ Observe sprout growth after 2 days →→ Observe sprout condition after 3 days →→ Harvest sprouts after 4 days →→ Clean and package the sprouts for market.

5. Sprout Machine Product Features:
1) Our fully automatic green, pollution-free sprout machine is a blend of modern technology and traditional craftsmanship. The sprout machine features microcomputer-controlled automatic temperature regulation, heating, maintaining constant temperature, automatic temperature display, and automatic watering, achieving full automation in the production process. It boasts time and labor-saving, low consumption, and noise-free characteristics.
2) The sprouts produced by our company's sprouting machine have a shorter production cycle and higher quality than traditional hand production. Generally, the production cycle for hand-grown sprouts is 4-5 days in summer and 7-8 days in winter, whereas the sprouting machine can produce sprouts in just 3-4 days, unaffected by geographical environment, climate, or season.
3) Our sprouter produces a wide variety of sprouts with high yields, where one pound of bean seeds can produce around 10 pounds of sprouts. Under the controlled constant temperature environment with manual control, the sprouts grow uniformly and are white, fresh, crisp, juicy, with a refreshing taste; not only are they safe for consumption and rich in nutrition, but they also have certain therapeutic effects.
4) Labor-saving and easy to operate. Place the soaked bean seeds into the sprouter's germination box, and you're done. It will automatically heat and water, producing crisp and tender sprouts in just 3-4 days.
5) Minimize sprout rot. Sprout rot commonly occurs around three days after cultivation, as the longer production cycle of handcrafted sprouts is prone to rot. However, with the use of sprout machines, sprouts are typically ready for harvest and consumption within three days, thus avoiding rot.
