The rooftop characters are divided into two types: illuminated characters and non illuminated characters. Light emitting characters are divided into vacuum formed characters and LED exposed light emitting characters, while non light emitting characters are classified into titanium gold characters, stainless steel characters, and baked paint characters according to their materials. The big characters on the roof are large advertising characters composed of steel structure support frames and metal characters. The steel frame is generally made of galvanized angle iron welded into a ladder or square cage. The roof illuminated character shape is made of stainless steel plate or galvanized plate as the character shell, with built-in LED modules. The vacuum formed character surface is made of acrylic plate. The LED exposed light emitting large characters are punched into holes on the metal plate, then laser cut and formed, welded into a shape, and installed with the light. Fixed on a steel frame for completion.
