Working principle: Lead smoke spray purification tower, using a unique five stage treatment. Level 1 treatment: The lead smoke and dust gas inlet adopts a circumferential approach, and large particles of dust are removed by a first stage cyclone and thrown into the bottom water storage tank for sedimentation treatment through honeycomb inclined tubes. Secondary treatment: The gas enters the first stage turbulent porous grid, and the turbulence enters the packing layer. The fluid and liquid film come into full contact to exchange materials, and some dust flows naturally to the water tank with the direction of water flow. Level 3-4 processing: Gas enters the gap contact purification section, and the direction of gas flow is not consistent with that of liquid flow, greatly reducing the phenomenon of liquid acceleration. Overcoming the triangular spray caused by gas-liquid co flow, and in order to ensure good gas-liquid contact, the inner slit maintains a low and uniform liquid layer, allowing gas and liquid to continuously disperse and aggregate, thereby achieving a good quality change effect.
The airflow enters the treatment section of the cyclone tower through a slit. As the core part of gas-liquid mass transfer uses a swirl plate, it has a high empty tower velocity. The centrifugal principle is used to make the airflow rotate after passing through it. The mist droplets carried in it are thrown towards the tower wall under the action of centrifugal force and separated, condensed and refluxed. The airflow continues to pass through the reverse rotating tower plate to make it contact in a positive and negative swirl. Five level treatment: The gas passes through the adsorption layer of coke, and the liquid mist is adsorbed and falls off. Some of the droplets suddenly decelerate and are removed by the cyclone plate on the upper layer of coke through centrifugal principle, releasing clean air into the atmosphere. Applicable industries: workstations that generate smoke and dust during welding, polishing, cutting, grinding, and other processes, as well as the recycling of rare metals and precious materials. It can purify a large amount of small metal particles suspended in the air that are harmful to human health, reducing harm to workers' bodies.
