CH530It is a weakly alkaline water-based cleaning agent developed for post soldering cleaning of PCBA, which can quickly and effectively remove residual substances such as solder paste, soldering aids, oil stains, dust, etc. Suitable for ultrasonic cleaning process. Product advantages: Strong cleaning power, can thoroughly remove rosin residue on various circuit boards and semiconductors, without white spots or yellow spots. Light odor, halogen-free, safe, no flash point, no safety hazards. And the gentle formula makes it have good material compatibility with sensitive metal alloys, making it an ideal environmentally friendly water-based cleaning agent

OneUltrasonic cleaning process

CH530Used in ultrasonic cleaning technology, it can batch clean complex electronic assembly parts and achieve good cleaning effect on low gap soldering residues on the base. In the ultrasonic cleaning process, the workpiece to be cleaned is immersed in a cleaning tank, and the cavitation, acceleration, and direct flow effects of ultrasonic waves in the cleaning agent are combined with the solubility of the cleaning agent for dirt, so that the dirt layer is dissolved, dispersed, emulsified, or peeled off to achieve the cleaning purpose. Storage: Store at room temperature in a sealed manner and avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environments. The temperature is generally between 0-30 ℃ (32-86 ℉).

Shelf life: One year (sealed), please refer to the packaging for the production date.

Precautions

In the initial stage of importing cleaning agents, users should try and judge the compatibility between the cleaning agent and the cleaning equipment, the cleaned object, etc., to avoid affecting the service life of the materials.

The workplace should have ventilation equipment to maintain air circulation at all times.

Wear protective gloves during operation to avoid skin contact. If skin is accidentally touched, rinse immediately with plenty of water; If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and deal with it as soon as possible.
