1.ST01/02The high-energy two-component gluing machine mainly consists of a base material pump, a curing agent pump, a proportioning pump, a base material pump lifting system, a proportioning structure, a mixing system, a pneumatic system, a hydraulic system, and an electrical system.

2.The base material pump, curing agent pump, and proportion pump all use special high-pressure plunger pumps for bidirectional equal feeding. The base material pump is driven by a hydraulic system, while the curing agent pump is driven by a pneumatic motor. The two are supplemented by a pressurized feeding pressure plate to fully ensure the full chamber transportation of high viscosity fluids. The base material is pressurized and increased to high pressure, and the curing agent is pressurized and increased before being sent to the proportional pump. The flow rate of the curing agent is adjusted by the proportioning mechanism, and the two components are simultaneously sent to the mixer for thorough mixing before reaching the extrusion gun.

3.The lower outlet of the curing agent filter and the feeding point of the mixer are equipped with high-pressure ball valves for flushing and pressure relief. The mixer is also equipped with a one-way needle valve, which not only makes the mixing more uniform, but also prevents the two components from entering and blocking the curing channel.

4.The lifting system adopts manual rotary valve control, and the ratio of two components can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the slider on the swing rod. When the required scale is reached, tighten the nut.
