TPO material characteristics

Appearance: natural color, transparent, black particles; Hardness: ShoreA50~64D;

(1) Has UV and ozone resistance, temperature resistance -60 ℃ to 135 ℃;

(2) TPO material has a delicate hand feel, excellent aging resistance, and is resistant to acid, alkali, and alcohol solvent chemicals;

(3) Low density, excellent matte surface performance, which is difficult for TPE/TPR materials to achieve;

(4) Environmentally friendly material, high tear resistance, low compression deformation.

Main application areas of TPO

(1) Cable, textile, building waterproofing, and home appliance fields;

(2) Automotive components: glass edging, hood sealing, hoses, headlight covers, dust covers, dust seats, airbags, etc;

(3) Mechanical tools: handles, grips, rubber rollers, connecting joints, glass seals, etc.
