Installation and preparation

1. Prepare the rock drilling chamber, and its specifications can be determined according to the drilling method. Generally, when excavating horizontal holes, the chamber height is 2.6-2.8 meters. When excavating upward, downward, or inclined holes, the chamber width is 2.5 meters and the height is 2.8-3 meters.

2. Lead the gas and water pipelines, lighting lines, etc. to the vicinity of the working face for future use.

3. According to the design requirements of the hole, firmly erect the pillar. The upper and lower ends of the pillar shall be padded with wood plates, and the horizontal shaft and snap ring shall be installed on the pillar according to a certain height and direction. The machine shall be lifted by the hand winch, fixed on the pillar according to the required angle, and then the hole direction of the drill shall be adjusted.

Pre homework inspection

1. When starting work, carefully check whether the gas and water pipelines are securely connected and whether there are any air or water leaks.

2. Check if the oil injector is filled with engine oil.

3. Check whether the screws, nuts, joints, etc. of each part have been tightened, and whether the column is firmly supported.
