Working principle of buried integrated sewage treatment equipment

process flow
The water treatment process is as follows: domestic sewage is taken out from the septic tank and oil separation tank, collected through the pipeline and enters the regulating tank. It is filtered through a coarse grid and sent to the integrated equipment by a submersible sewage pump. The sewage flows through the anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, and aerobic tank (membrane tank) of the equipment in sequence, and then pumped to the disinfection tank. After being disinfected with bleach powder, it can be discharged in compliance with standards. Anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, and aerobic tank are used to treat organic matter in the form of gel and deep hydrolysis through biological transformation treatment methods. The membrane in the membrane tank is used to physically separate water and sludge through membrane filtration, achieving the purpose of water purification. Microorganisms are also fixed on the surface of the membrane under sufficient supply of oxygen and organic matter, gradually forming a biofilm. Biofilms have strong abilities to adsorb, oxidize, and decompose organic matter.
Features of the equipment
The integrated buried domestic sewage treatment equipment mainly has the following characteristics: ① high sludge concentration, strong sewage treatment capacity of the equipment, and good treatment effect; ② The equipment mainly adopts biological treatment technology, with stable treatment efficiency and no harm to the environment; ③ The equipment can be buried underground and the surface can be greened without affecting the environmental landscape; ④ The equipment is easy to operate, all devices are automatically controlled, and buried underground, not easily affected by the natural environment, with strong natural adaptability; ⑤ The daily operation of the processing equipment does not require personnel, only regular maintenance and overhaul are needed; ⑥ The buried equipment is made of FRP material, which is durable and has good economic and environmental benefits; ⑦ The system has fewer electrical equipment, low failure rate, and low energy consumption. The integrated buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is shown in Figure 1.

The buried integrated sewage treatment equipment has the characteristics of fast sewage treatment, obvious effect, and low cost, which is suitable for the treatment of domestic sewage. Moreover, due to its deep burial underground during use, it is minimally affected by the environment and has a long service life, which will not affect the normal living environment of residents. Although sewage treatment equipment has not been widely promoted due to various reasons, with the advancement of technology and the improvement of people's environmental awareness, this highly integrated, simple, and effective biological treatment method will be recognized by people, and buried integrated sewage treatment equipment will also receive due attention.
