Installation steps:

Pre embed the bolts of the cantilever crane according to the drawing requirements at the user's site, and wait for two weeks before installing the columns.

Install the column vertically, paying attention to its verticality.

You can choose to pre install the electric hoist of the cantilever crane on the column together with the main beam, or install them separately.

Install the control electrical circuit and ensure that the direction of the crane's movement is consistent with the direction indicated by the control button.

Usage:

Conduct a test run of the cantilever crane: Under no-load conditions, connect the power supply and start and check the control system and installation devices of each operating mechanism. The operation must be accurate and reliable before starting to use.

Do not use the cantilever crane beyond the specified lifting capacity.

Do not lift items diagonally along the main beam direction.

Cantilever cranes cannot be used in environments with fire or explosion hazards, nor can they work in places with relative humidity greater than 85%, filled with corrosive gases, or used for lifting molten metals, toxic, flammable, or explosive materials.
