Explosion-proof valve assembly
Equipment and facilities with dust explosion hazards that are interconnected by pipelines should be equipped with explosion-proof devices. In the event of a dust explosion, the explosion-proof valve is a passive dust explosion isolation valve, certified with CE and EX explosion-proof ratings, capable of effectively preventing the spread of the explosion, protecting upstream adjacent equipment or workshops, and avoiding secondary or multiple explosions.
Blow-off device
In the event of a dust explosion in a dust collector or dust collector, the high temperature and high-pressure combustion products and unburned materials produced by the explosion can be vented in a safe direction through the explosion relief device, preventing damage to the dust collector.
Flameless Burst Discharge Device
When equipment is installed indoors, the free-release explosion flame and shockwave can cause secondary explosions, resulting in greater losses. Flameless emission devices are designed to protect personnel and equipment from dust explosion damage. During a dust explosion, the flame generated by the explosion is extinguished by the flame extinguishing device of the device, and the pressure wave produced by the explosion is discharged.
