Product Overview
The device consists of a spark detector, a water spray system (nozzles), a controller, a pressure boost water unit, and a sound/light alarm. Sparks enter the main pipeline with the air flow, at which point the detection system installed on both sides of the pipeline analyzes the spark's infrared characteristics and transmits the spark signal to the controller. The controller quickly (within milliseconds) processes the signal and immediately activates the corresponding high-pressure water spray extinguishing device to operate and emit a sound/light alarm signal. The high-pressure water, controlled by an electromagnetic valve, ensures that the nozzle can be quickly opened after the system signal is sent, extinguishing the spark over a short distance upon detection. The high-speed nozzle can cover the entire pipeline cross-section, ensuring that any spark within the pipeline can be extinguished by the high-speed mist. This device extinguishes sparks before they enter the dust treatment equipment, preventing fires and explosions and effectively ensuring the safe operation of the dust removal system.
Product Features
Spark detector probes rapidly and effectively capture sparks through highly sensitive infrared sensors, triggering a signal to intercept them instantly.
When the detector senses a spark, the system automatically triggers an audible and visual alarm, promptly initiating the high-voltage extinguishing device to extinguish the spark. The electromagnetic valve for high-pressure water ensures that the nozzle can be quickly opened after the system signal is sent, extinguishing the spark within a short distance upon detection. The high-speed nozzle can cover the entire pipeline cross-section, ensuring that any spark inside the pipeline can be extinguished by the high-speed atomized water.
The pressure booster water unit is designed to ensure there is adequate water supply and pressure to promptly extinguish sparks, allowing the water spray extinguishing operation to run normally.
The controller receives signals from various sensors and activates the extinguishing devices in the corresponding areas to perform extinguishing operations.
