Lepow Technical Specifications Table:

Leybold vacuum pump oil common types:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, significantly extending the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Lower vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection properties, along with good anti-foaming and air release characteristics.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil can have a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, the warranty is for 3 months.
* Replace pump oil after the first 500 hours of use of the new pump, and then every 1000-1500 hours thereafter. (Note: In harsh operating environments, it is necessary to frequently observe the color of the pump oil.)
Check the oil level sight glass; if the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, start-up, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the lifespan of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Procedure
1. Open the drain valve using the gravity method, lift the pump body oil tank to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the rotating oil cap position for drainage. After the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) into the vacuum pump filling port, flush the interior of the vacuum pump cavity. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and drain the newly injected oil. If the drained oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it is clean.
Then, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil to the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil mark, and then tighten the filling cap.
