Lai Bo Vacuum Pump Oil Common Models:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, maximizing the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon trend, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Lower vapor pressure and volatility ensure appropriate vacuum levels within the vacuum pump.
Excellent abrasion protection and good anti-foaming, air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil can have a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
After the initial 500 hours of use, replace the pump oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 hours of operation. (Note: In harsh operating environments, it's important to regularly monitor the pump oil color.)
Check the oil level sight glass; replace the vacuum pump oil when the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or milky white.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate full pressure, start-up, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the lifespan of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Method
Grasp the drain valve using the gravity method and lift the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow into the position of the oil drain screw. After the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100-500mL) into the vacuum pump from the oil filling port to flush the interior of the pump chamber. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and release the newly injected oil. If the released oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it is clean.
Then, unscrew the oil drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil mark, and then tighten the filling cap.
