Leybo Vacuum Pump Oil Common Models:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, significantly extending the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent abrasion protection performance and good anti-foaming, air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
* Replace pump oil after the first 500 hours of operation with the new pump, and then every 1000-1500 hours thereafter. (Note: In harsh operating environments, it is essential to regularly monitor the color of the pump oil.)
Check the oil level sight glass; replace the vacuum pump oil when the oil changes from amber-brown to black or turns milky white.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, start-up, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Procedure
1. Open the drain valve using the gravity method, elevate the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the rotating oil cap position and drain. After the old oil is completely drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100-500mL) from the vacuum pump filling point to flush the interior of the pump cavity. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and release the newly injected oil. If the released oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it becomes clean.
Then, unscrew the oil drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil to the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil gauge line, and then tighten the filling cap.
