Lebo Technical Specifications Table:

Leybold vacuum pump oil common models:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, maximizing the lifespan of the lubricant.
Low-carbon trend effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection and good anti-foaming, air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
* Replace pump oil after the first 500 hours of use of the new pump, and then every 1000-1500 hours thereafter. (Note: In harsh operating environments, it is necessary to frequently observe the color of the pump oil.)
Check the oil level sight glass; if the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or becomes milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.
Proper selection of vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Replacement Method
Open the drain valve using the gravity method, elevate the pump body oil tank to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the rotating oil cap position for draining. After the old oil has been drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100-500mL) into the vacuum pump from the filling port, flushing the interior of the pump chamber. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and discharge the newly injected oil. If the discharged oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it is clean.
Then, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the marking line, and then screw the cap back on.
