Lebao Technical Specifications Sheet:

Leybold vacuum pump oil, commonly used models:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, significantly extending the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection performance and good anti-foaming, air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil can maintain its quality for up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; the warranty period is 3 months after opening.
* Replace the pump oil after the new pump is initially used for 500 hours. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 operating hours. (Note: In harsh operating conditions, observe the pump oil color frequently.)
Check the oil level sight glass. Replace the vacuum pump oil when the oil changes from yellow-brown to black or turns milky white.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Method
Turn the drain valve open by gravity, lifting the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the rotating oil cap position and drain. After the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) into the vacuum pump's filling port, flushing the internal chamber. Then, run the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and release the newly injected oil. If the released oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until clean.
Then, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the marking line, and then tighten the filling cap.
