Lepow Technical Specifications Sheet:

Leybo Vacuum Pump Oil Common Models:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, significantly extending the service life of the lubricant.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively prevents the formation of glue and carbon slag.
Lower vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum degree within the vacuum pump.
Excellent abrasion-resistant protective performance, along with good anti-foaming and air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of 3-5 years under sealed conditions; 3 months warranty after unsealing.
After the initial 500 hours of use, replace the pump oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 hours of operation. (Note: In harsh operating environments, observe the pump oil color frequently.)
Check the oil level sight glass; if the oil turns from amber to black or becomes milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate full pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the lifespan of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Method
1. Unscrew the drain valve using the gravity method, raise the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow into the position of the oil drain screw. After the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100-500mL) into the vacuum pump from the oil filling port, flush the interior of the pump chamber. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and release the newly injected oil. If the released oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it is clean.
Then, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the oil filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil mark, and then tighten the oil filling cap.
