Richie Tech Specifications Sheet:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, significantly extending the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively prevents the formation of glue and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection and good anti-foaming, air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
* Replace pump oil after the initial 500 hours of use of the new pump, and then every 1000-1500 hours thereafter. (Note: In harsh operating environments, it's important to regularly observe the color of the pump oil.)
Check the oil level sight glass. If the oil changes from yellow-brown to black or becomes milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.
Choosing the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate full pressure, start-up, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the lifespan of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Procedure
Turn the drain valve open using the gravity method, lift the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow into the position of the oil旋帽 for draining. After all the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) into the vacuum pump from the filling port, flush the internal chamber of the vacuum pump. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn off the vacuum pump, and drain the newly injected oil. If the drained oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until clean.
Next, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the oil filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil mark, and then screw the cap back on.
