Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, maximizing the service life of the lubricant.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection properties and good anti-foaming, air release characteristics.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
After the initial 500 hours of use, replace the pump oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 hours of operation. (Note: In harsh operating environments, it is important to regularly observe the color of the pump oil.)
Check the oil level sight glass; if the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the lifespan of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Procedure
1. Unscrew the drain valve using gravity, elevate the pump body reservoir to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the spinning oil cap position and drain out. After the old oil is fully drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) into the vacuum pump's filling port, flush the interior of the pump chamber. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and drain the newly injected oil. If the drained oil is still not clean, continue to inject fresh oil for flushing until it is clean.
Next, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil marker line, then tighten the filling cap.
