Pux Technology Specifications Sheet:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, significantly extending the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon trend, effectively prevents the formation of glue and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection properties, along with good anti-foaming and air release characteristics.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil can maintain its quality for 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, the warranty period is 3 months.
* Replace the pump oil after the initial 500 hours of use with the new pump, and then every 1000-1500 hours of operation thereafter. (Note: In harsh operating environments, observe the pump oil color regularly.)
Check the oil level mirror. Replace the vacuum pump oil when the oil changes from yellowish-brown to black or turns milky white.
Proper selection of vacuum pump oil will significantly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate full pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the lifespan of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Procedure
1. Open the drain valve using the gravity method, raise the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow into the position of the rotating oil cap. Once the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) from the vacuum pump filling point to flush the internal chamber. Then, run the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and release the newly injected oil. If the released oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it becomes clean.
Next, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, pour new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil marking line, and then tighten the filling cap.
