Pux Technology Specifications Sheet:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, maximizing the service life of lubricating oil.
Low-carbon trend, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent abrasion protection performance, along with good anti-foaming and air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil can have a shelf life of 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
* Replace pump oil after the first 500 hours of use in the new pump, and then every 1000-1500 hours thereafter. (Note: In harsh operating environments, observe the pump oil color frequently.)
Check the oil level mirror. If the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Procedure
1. Unscrew the drain valve using the gravity method, raise the pump body reservoir to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow into the position of the rotating oil cap for draining. After the old oil is fully drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) from the vacuum pump's oil filling point to flush the interior of the pump chamber. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and drain the newly injected oil. If the drained oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it is clean.
Next, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the oil filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil gauge line, and then tighten the filling cap.
