Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DF0420 solenoid valve is composed of basic components such as the coil, top cover, yoke, fixed core, spring, moving part, air nozzle, seal, and wire.
0420 Electromagnetic valve yoke, cover, and fixed core form the magnetic field transmission section; 0420 coil, wire, etc., form the magnetic field excitation section; movable parts, sealing gaskets, air nozzles, etc., form the magnetic acoustic action section.
II Principle of Operation
In the absence of power, the movable components are sealed with the help of an internal gasket, acting under the spring's force, to the gas nozzle, ensuring that the intake and exhaust ports are not connected, thereby achieving a closed state. When power is applied to the processing, the movable components overcome the spring's attraction, opening the intake and exhaust ports to enable exhaust.
