Bridge cranes are lifting equipment that spans overhead in workshops, warehouses, and material yards for material handling. Due to their ends resting on tall concrete pillars or metal supports, they resemble bridges in shape. The bridge crane's girder moves longitudinally along tracks laid on high supports on both sides, allowing for full utilization of the space beneath the girder to lift materials, unimpeded by ground equipment. They are a widely used and numerous type of lifting machinery.
