The appearance of blow-molded drums must meet all of the following requirements:
ASmooth without burrs, burrs, bubbles, oil stains, cracks, and holes; interior of the drum clean, free of water and other impurities.
BBowl and bottom are smooth, without any sticking handles, poor plasticization, or rocking when placed horizontally.
CNo noticeable scratches or streaks, non-obvious scratches or streaks ≤ 2.
D Black speck impurities between 0.5mm and 1.5mm in size, in 1L containers, should be ≤3; for containers 4L (inclusive) and above, the limit should be ≤
5 pieces
EThe liquid level line should be colorless, semi-transparent, clear, and with distinct boundaries; the line should be straight, uniform, and 1L bucket liquid level line width is 3-5mm, 5-7mm (for specifications of 4L and above, excluding buckets without liquid level line design).
FThe liquid level line position matches the sealed sample.
G The body label, adhesive quality, and printing requirements should conform to the sample drum specifications.
Note: Suction handle refers to the adhesion occurring inside the hollow handle.
FoldingBucket lids and compatibility requirements
A The bucket lids and bodies have no significant color difference.
BTin-lined drum with foil seal design; the lid should be equipped with a gasket and meet the seal material requirements (should have PE marking); lay flat.
Intact, no tearing, double-layer, or multi-layer phenomena; after screwing the cap, the foil indentation is complete and clear, and the sealing effect is good.
CThe桶盖with a threaded structure must be rotated more than one full turn from tightening to unthreading. Other桶and lids with different structures should be matched accordingly.
Sealed properly, with moderate tightness. The anti-theft ring cover should comply with anti-theft design requirements.
D The anti-theft ring teeth on the bucket lid, designed with a theft-proof ring, should not exceed 1/5 of the total teeth on the theft-proof ring during the process of turning the lid.
The number of teeth not broken after the cover is sealed must not exceed 1/5 of the total teeth on the anti-theft ring.
