FoldingBody Leak Test

Standard Testing Methods:

A Position the bucket with the bottom facing the sunlight or other light source to ensure ample illumination. Visually inspect the interior wall of the bucket for any holes.

B Fill the drum with the appropriate quality of water, invert it, place it horizontally, and then position it upside down (opening facing down) for 4 hours. Check for any leakage.

Method of Type TestingImmerse the empty sample drum in water and inflate it by filling air into the drum, until the air pressure reaches

Check for bubbles within 10 seconds after reaching 0.02 MPa.

Sealability Test

Fill the sample with water up to the nominal capacity and tighten the lid, then place the sample horizontally on flat ground (with the opening near the ground), and check after 4 hours.

Drop Test

In the test specimen, inject water at the nominal capacity in its natural environmental state and securely close the lid. Two methods can be employed to allow the specimen to

A 1.2-meter vertical drop, ensuring the bottom of the sample makes a level impact on the concrete ground, repeated 3 times consecutively.

ATest personnel hold the sample aloft to the specified height for testing.

BTest using a drop test machine at the specified height (required when there is a dispute between both parties).

Simulated state stacking

Samples filled with nominal capacity water are stacked 5 layers high (each piece), unsupported on all four sides, and left at room temperature for 48 hours before inspection.

B Physical Piling Status

Under actual or simulated actual usage conditions, seal the sample with water up to its nominal volume, and pack it according to the actual quantity per item (using box types corresponding to the category in the standard for paper boxes), stacking according to the box type's actual dimensions (3.5L and 4.0L up to 10 layers high, 0.9L and 1.0L up to 13 layers), conducting static testing for 15 days (the number of test days may be extended or reduced based on actual conditions, but the manufacturer must notify the user and obtain consent prior to the test), and inspect the changes in the drum boxes.

Products should be inspected by batch. A batch for inspection consists of barrels of the same specification, color, batch number, and delivered according to the same purchase order. A factory inspection report for the batch should be provided when the products of each batch are submitted for inspection.
